Argentina's government said that it was confident its sprawling economic reform bill, known

as the omnibus bill, would gain approval of Congress after it made concessions removing some divisive sections.

The bill is a central plank and libertarian president Javier Malay's aim to overhaul the

South American country's economy with its high inflation, with its debt load, and

with its decades of insider obligations, unions, paranises. I welcome the professor to help me understand this story about
