I think this is part of Lula's attempt of recovering his popularity in Brazil.

Lula fell from an already low 34% approval rate to a 24% approval rate in only one month.

Basically because of how expensive food is in Brazil right now.

So he grabbed this opportunity.

He tried to grab this opportunity.

Okay, oh, we have those Brazilians.

They are our countrymen that are there in the West, being expelled

by bad Donald Trump. So Lula himself and other authorities went to greet them when they
