Joseph, I begin with you because you've been talking about this for the last seven days and the story keeps changing.

The opposition kept track of many hundreds, if thousands of polling stations and it produced

these numbers that the Washington Post is featuring. Are these numbers

something that can be examined by all of the countries in the EU, the

United States and the America is demanding election results to these

substitute for election results or are these treated as informal.
