is going to one more time explain Panama Canal because it has many moving parts, one of which was ownership of a port facility at either end of the canal.

Not the port facility, one of the big ones, however, by C.K. Hutchinson out of Hong

Kong, that's solved, we believe, because a very large equity fund led by Larry Fink has come

forward to make a worldwide offer on the port facilities for Hutchinson. So the Chinese are no longer

there theoretically. There is attention, however, to the canal itself.

Is it adequately served by having it in the hands of another sovereign state?

And then there's matters of transportation through the canal that has to be done right now by large ships.

And there was damage to that ability in the summer

of 24 with a drought. That's been solved, and they're building a new reservoir to make sure

there's adequate water for the locks, the canal itself. But there's something new, the professor

tells me, about a pipeline. Professor, Panama is responding

to the request from the Trump administration. How so? Panama's response is a lot more

multidimensional than you've alluded to. And frankly, one of the difficulties for Panama is that
