of Central America. There's big trouble in the state of Brazil, but we're turning to Peru,

a small nation comparison, a very rich nation. I've been assured that any rock you kick in

in Peru is going to make you money if you extract it and mine it and sell it on the open market.

However, since December 7th, Peru's governance has been either missing an action

or profoundly troubled and deep trouble. Most recently,

Peru's Congress shelved President Dina Belardi's bill to bring elections forward to 2023,

leaving a major demand of demonstrators whose protests have rocked the country in recent weeks.

Belardi had unveiled the bill to bring elections forward to October of 2023, in other words,

months from now. In a bid to calm the deadly protests of fractured Congress repeatedly failed to

agree after weeks of political infighting. Joseph, I begin with you because President Belardi,
