Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez-Obrador, affectionately called Amlo, he's very popular.

He cannot succeed himself. One term six years in Mexico, however, his chosen

successor is doing very well. So there's not political tension here. There's a strangeness having to do with

Amlo running up against a tech giant. That would be Google slash YouTube.

What I know of the story is that the president criticized YouTube for cutting out,

removing the video of a news conference he gave, revealing the private telephone number of a New York Times Mexico Bureau Chief.

Why would the President do such a thing?

Because he's extremely unhappy with the idea that he was being in some fashion observed for possible alleged links

to bad actors in Mexico.

And Joseph, I come to you quickly on this.
