So we got some big news in the stock.

Well, actually, one stock in particular.

That would be GameStop, believe it or not,

up 110% holy cow can you believe that so let's check out what on earth is going on with these

meme stocks.

And then I want to scratch beneath the surface

to try to understand the psychology

behind what is going on.

I think there's far more to it than just short squeeze. So let's go right over to

CNBC to start. Do a quick screen share. There we go. Here we go. Title guys, GameStop shares sore 80% this is just the most recent because the

volatility is just massive we're right back in 2021 and earlier this morning I saw it was up 30%, then I refreshed and I saw it was up 110%.

And now it's up 80% and they've halted trading multiple times on this stock.

So we're back to the good old days.

So why on Earth is GameStop mooning right now?

Well, I think there's a lot of interesting psychological components here,

but the catalyst to this was Roaringitty himself came back out after years in hiding or whatever he's doing and he

posted something on Twitter I believe and I'll show you what he

posts he just made one post didn't even say anything it was simply a picture

and that's what led to this mania, this hysteria that we are seeing play out right in front of our eyes today.

Key talking points, roaring, Kitty, the man who drove the GameStop,

Manian, 2021, posted online for the first time in roughly three years.
