Freddie Mac has just come out with a plan that could take us into the next GFC. It's like the big short 2.0, I think my buddy Adam

called it on his podcast. And every single time I read an article like this, I just think to myself,

did we learn nothing?

Did we learn nothing from the last go around?

Did we learn nothing from the GFC? Did we learn nothing from the last go-around. Did we learn nothing from the stimulus,

from inflation, from everything that we've dealt with,

or the last, call it 15 years?

I mean, it's completely mind-blowing when you read articles like this one that

introduce us to what they consider to be a brilliant plan.

Oh, that's right.

Because the American consumer has nowhere near enough debt, not even close,

to think that they could extract all of the equity out of their house right now and just spend that money as quickly as they possibly can what What would be better for the economy? What would be better for the long-term growth of the United States? What would be better for the standard of living of the average American then for Americans as a whole to lever up by another three trillion dollars to I hope you're sitting down for this one guys is definitely stiff
