Hello and welcome to the Everything Electric Podcast. My name is Robert Luelun. I am the founder

and one of the presenters of the fully charged show. And this, everything electric channel.

And I'd like to offer you a very warm welcome. Now, I know most of you already know that.

Of course you do. But then there might be someone who's watching or listening, who has never heard or seen anything.

We've ever done over the last 13 years. So I think it's worth being, you know, clear, transparent even.

This is what we do. Normally our podcasts are two or three handers, with me finding out fascinating developments

in the field of electric ground transport, renewable energy generation and storage.

It's a place where we cover, explore and learn about exciting new types of clean and sustainable technologies.

And sometimes the painful and difficult aspects of the transition away from our most,

for our almost total reliance on burning hydrocarbons.

But this week is a solo podcast. It's just me and I've done quite a lot of research

and quite a lot of writing and thinking to make sure I'm covering as many of the interesting and relevant stories

that are coming out recently as I can. I try and take a global long-term view. I try and steer clear of individual national politics.

I know that most of the majority of our viewers are outside the UK, but we have just had quite a big turn around,

I think you could call it, in my home country of the United Kingdom.

On the very topics that the fully charged show is focused on, that's kind of not just random topics.

It is exactly this stuff that we talk about. However, I will try to keep any criticism balanced

across the wide political spectrum because both are radical right wing current administration in the UK

and some radical left wing activists in Germany have both been a bit busy lately. Yes, they have.

Oh goodness me. They both might have some good arguments. Yeah, they might have some.

You can't disagree with them, but they both have had made some really unbelievably ignorant utterances

which they both should be very ashamed of. Of course, they don't give a toss. But anyway,
