We are now live on the Conversations That Matter podcast. I'm your host John Harris. We have a lot

to talk about today. I'm going to try to do it as quickly as I possibly can. I hope you are all

in the Christmas spirit. It is the weekend before Christmas. I know what that means for many of you.

You are running out trying to shop for presents and for food like my wife is right now, at least for food.

We just found out we're going to have more people than we expected on Christmas, which is, of course,

a wonderful blessing.

We like being able to be a place that can host family gatherings at times.

And Christmas, to me, is probably the most important family gatherings. And I know some of you,

you make the case for Fourth of July, you make the case for Thanksgiving. I think it'll always be

Christmas. Some of you will make the case even for Easter resurrection Sunday. I think it's Christmas.

I don't know if it's, I don't know what it is. There's something about Christmas where everyone comes

together,

well, most of us, society does something. And I know even sitting in Dunkin' Donuts,

because I do, I'm addicted. It's bad. I love their refreshers. So I'm sitting in Dunkin' Donuts,

drinking a refresher. Blueberry Breeze with green tea, by the way, best combination. I've tried

them all. And I'm sitting there to get awake. That's like my office away from home because I share

an office with my daughter. It's like her bedroom. I have to work in shifts here. So I'll go out.

And I'm sitting there. And every Christmas song that comes on,

they have like, what, five, six they play. And then they repeat them. And most of them are terrible.

I think there's one that's religious, which is probably Carol of the Bells, overtly so.

And I'm sitting there and I'm thinking, man, I don't care for all these carols.

They're not even carols.
