On today's wrestling news, a huge match added to Night of Champions,

WWE's big plans for Jade Cargill, a WWE superstar wants more championships,

and a star we haven't seen for two years could be returning to AEW.

but judging by the message that he accidentally sent to me this morning

that definitely wasn't meant for me, he had quite a good night last night. So, congratulations,

Gareth. But moving straight into it last night on Smackdown, there was a big match between

Cody Rhodes and Gunther, and Sammy Zane was the guest referee. Now obviously it all went a little bit

crazy and there was some shenanigans in it and there was some arguments through the match and things

like that. It ended up being, um, Gunther power bombing Sammy Zane in the match to then try

and bring out a new rev and then Sammy Zane eventually coming back into it and like giving a really,

really quick count for Cody to win the match. And then there was a bunch of arguing backstage and then Sammy Zane eventually coming back into it and giving a really, really quick count for Cody to win the match

and then Cody demanded the match to be restarted with a different referee

and then Sammy Zane cost Gunther in that match as well.

There's a lot of stuff going on

but eventually it boiled down to the fact that at night of champions

it is going to be a

triple threat match between Sammy Zane, Gunther, and Cody Rhodes for that WWE Championship.

So yeah, obviously this has been going on for a really, really long time. I really, really enjoyed

everything between Sammy Zane and Cody Rhodes. I think they have a really interesting

chemistry. I really like Sammy Zane's character direction and I think both of them have done
