Like there was this whole bizarre back and forth where the Iranians,

the Iranian foreign minister Abbas Ararachi declared that the Strait of Hormuz was open again,

and then that got qualified a couple of times by Iranian other Iranian officials. But this was after the announcement that there was going to be a ceasefire in Lebanon.
