I'm your host, the tied NYPD Sergeant Phil Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

So this has been out a bit, but as the days pass, as the days go by, more and more evidence is being released vis-a-vis that

gag order that is no more. So videos, crime scene photos, which I find that to be a bit horrific,

that on the strength of a Freedom of Information Information Act that the broadcast media and the print media and all of these novel writers,

fiction writers, many of them, are all demanding all of the evidence and all of the photographs.

Crime scene photos.

That used to be a holy thing that only the police had access to.

But yet it seems in this case that transparency,

how would you like to be one of the parents as they show these transparent photos of your loved

ones getting murdered or in the positions they were in when they got murdered? How would that go

for you? Think quite honestly. Be honest about that. How would you feel as a parent?

How would you feel about all of these pictures of the interior of that house being released?

Look at the University of Idaho.

Had the house knocked down?

But they have no problems.

Now the pictures, that's fine.

The pictures will not bring back the house.

And the pictures won't bring back these four wonderful students,

Katie Gonzalez, Madison, Mogher, Zana, Connoodle, and Ethan Chapin.

It'll never bring back their lives.

But what it will do is make their families think about this each and every single day for the rest of the time that this case is in the public eye.
