In case you missed it this past Friday and over the weekend,

the White House and Congressional Democrats

have largely coalesced around the bipartisan infrastructure deal in a special spending package

also known as the Bill Better app. That will come down from the 3.5 trillion originally proposed to between 1.9 trillion and 2.3 trillion.

That's still a hell of a lot of money.

Even Joe Manchin has proposed 1.5 trillion as a counterproposal.

But your other holdout is

cinema who has not countered with anything and she has no real plan other than

the seek attention. While Democrats were in Washington negotiating this

package and figuring out how to get to a number that could get the final two

votes in the Senate, Cinema was in Arizona at a fundraiser. And to make matters

worse, she already put out mail pieces

to her constituents talking about her role

in getting the infrastructure proposal passed

when the only thing holding up infrastructure

is her vote that keeps both pieces of legislation from passing as there's always

been an understanding that both bills need to pass. I know we talk a lot about
