by the New York State Attorney General against former President Donald Trump and members

of Trump's family.

The Attorney General, Latisha James filed this $250 million lawsuit on Wednesday and she

alleges that Trump engaged in fraud by overvaluing his properties in order to get loans.

Okay.

My properties are worth some huge amount of money, so therefore you can lend me more money,

get bigger loans, and undervaluing his properties in order to pay lower taxes.

Oh, my property's only worth this.

That's all I need to pay tax on.
