Our first question, John, if you had a magic wand, which available general manager head coach

tandem would be the best fit to oversee the team? Who would be able to get the most out of this

existing roster with their head coaching philosophy and experience? Well, I would say that I don't think we should go with this existing

roster any further. I think that this roster needs to be overhauled. And I think that's one of the

reasons we have a general manager search. But I think this question is phrased in a really smart way

because it's about hiring a tandem it's about hiring two

people who will work well together you know sometimes i think we get into the mindset of you know

playing fantasy football we'll just hire this guy as GM and this guy's head coach and everything

will work out great and then we also do it with the coaching that we say we just hire this guy as our

head coach and this guy's our defensive coordinator. Everything will work out great.

But the people need to be able to work well together. Otherwise, the team is not going to be able to have success. Everybody needs to be pushing in the same direction. And one of the things we've seen in recent years with the Jets is that when the head coach and general manager don't work well together, it's a detriment to the team. And I will say this, the Joe Douglas Robert Sala,
