We met at Acme. I'm so excited to be here with bestselling author and former Real Housewife of New York, Carol Radzwell. Hi. How are you? I'm good. How are you? Good, good. We were just talking about getting reservations at restaurants in the city and how it's now impossible. But you were saying in the 90s, it was like the best

time to be here. New York, well, there was a lot of things, obviously, to be nostalgic in the 90s in the

early 2000s, before social media, before cell phones, even, you know, there was just a more of a fluidness

to New York nightlife. You would wander around. You would pop into a restaurant. Then you'd

go to a club. It was just easier. Now it's very formalized. I feel like we trusted each other,

not having cell phones. Like, because when you said, I'll meet you at so-and-so restaurant 8 o'clock,

there was no way to get in touch with your friend. So you had to go. So we all trusted each other to show up, to be there. And now, now you don't. Cell phone says, I think, destroyed trust among friend groups because everyone's just always texting. I'm on my way. Oh, I can't go at the last minute. It's easier to cancel. It's just so

easy to cancel. I mean, it's made dating harder. It's so easy to ghost. It's just so,
