0:05.0	There's the noticeable drop in marimites.
0:08.0	And it feels like everybody just kind of agrees.
0:10.0	Okay, party's over.
0:12.0	Time to get serious.
0:13.0	Like, I've got these New Year's resolutions.
0:15.0	I am going to be an entirely different person this year.
0:18.0	No more fun allowed.
0:19.0	I think that might be why January feels so bleak.
0:22.0	Well, that, and if you live in a place that gets cold,
0:25.0	it's bridged, and the daylight is seriously lacking.
0:28.0	But, I think we can do better in January.
0:31.0	I think we could take some of that New Year energy
0:34.0	and point it in a more positive direction.
0:36.0	Like, what if New Year's resolutions weren't just about denying ourselves things
0:40.0	and achieving some lofty goal?
0:42.0	What if instead, we came up with resolutions
0:45.0	that would help us live happier or more fulfilling lives?
