challenge to help you start this new year and make the most of it. The goal of this challenge is to help you take an

accounting of your life as it stands right now and then help you formulate a plan and

This challenge will be just like every other episode of Wake Me Up, just in a series. So each morning, when you wake up, just press

play on that day's episode. You can do it from bed or once you're up. It doesn't matter. We'll take a minute to wake up, do a little

stretch, a mindfulness exercise, and then I'll send you off with a quick motivational bit. On the next morning, return and do the same thing.

The one thing you should have ready is a couple pieces of paper and something to write with. If you have a journal
