Thank you. The defense for Brian Koberger is working up many different legal maneuvers in the months before his case goes to trial.

The defense is seeking to limit the use of the words psychopath, sociopath, and murder within the trial. They also hope that the judge will limit showing crime scene imagery to the

jury saying it would be inflammatory. Additionally, in an attempt to avoid the firing squad,

Kohlberger's defense team has claimed their client has autism and therefore should not

face the possibility of the death penalty. But how effective will these moves be once the trial

begins? Joining me today with her analysis is criminal defense and family law attorney Lexi Rigden.

Okay, so today we're going to delve deeply into this Koberger case, which is fast developing.

There have been some changes.

We have a new judge in a new county, and this judge really seems dedicated to moving things along.

Further, this judge has recently ruled that all the filings in the case will be public.

Nothing will be sealed going forward from here, as far as we know. And that's really

shut a lot of light on what's going on. And nobody better than to shed more light on this
