0:07.1	Joyce Vance has just been discussing with Alex Wagner. It is a filing clearly intended to delay this case. It makes an argument that has nothing, no foundation in law that there is a bias in the prosecution and because there is a bias in
0:27.7	the prosecution, a political bias, that therefore the crime wasn't committed in effect.
