there's one guest who's been on the most and is the most requested guest and as you know if you've been listening to the show

the last few weeks have been best ofs and I intentionally didn't put a best ofs

of Seth up because I wanted to have him back and as a treat to everybody but mostly

to myself because almost nobody in the world really that I enjoy talking to more than Seth Golden.

It is such a privilege.

And you know, there's nothing for me

that I like better than being able to sit with someone who is one of my closest friends and

someone I just admire so much and I learn something every single time we talk and so Seth I know how busy you are today and how much you have

going on thanks for coming here and I've been looking forward to it I need to

poke a little beef here because it's been nine months someone could have a baby in the amount of time it's been since I've been here

I was looking at it needs to be a little bit more frequent it's supposed to be at least twice should be three times a year. I agree.

Ideally we would do this once a month in some way.

We have to.

All right so well you know what though? Yes it's been nine months but then online is a

conversation the two of us had at a conference

so that's true so we got one in I guess we did one that wasn't here that does

exist somewhere so that's why it's new to you it's new. Right, you know, in a way.
