Hello, welcome to her, welcome back to Trinidad to Care. And happy October. I am so freaking excited

0:07.4

that it's October. I love fall so much. And this year I'm so in the Halloween spirit. I think it's

0:17.2

because this is our first fall in this house. But I'm just so into it this year.

0:22.1

I mean, I am every year, but this year feels different.

0:26.1

I wanted to start this month off with a Q&A.

0:29.2

So I asked my Instagram story what you needed advice on,

0:32.3

and I took a few of your questions, so that's what we're going to do today.

0:35.7

Just to give a brief overview, if you want to skip around. I know Spotify does automatic chapters in the description,

1:28.9

telling me that I took things too seriously and I'm I take things too far and I'm so dramatic

1:34.7

I'm so emotional, I'm so sensitive. So keep that in mind when I'm giving you this because caring is

1:41.4

important. I don't want you to think that you should just stop caring.

1:44.7

You shouldn't. It is cool to care. But what's important is what you care about and what you put your

1:50.4

energy into. Caring about people, caring about the things that are important to you is good. You should

1:56.7

never stop caring about that. You should never stop expressing yourself. You should never
