Well, it's been very busy because at time of recording, he's just pulled out.

Silicon Sean has been round servicing my boiler.

Yes, I'm aware of that. On progress throughout this week. And I also saw,

can we just start with the headline, he sent me a photo of your pipes. Yes, beautiful. You

must be the talk of London. Well, you've probably seen a more up to date version of me,

of the system, because I left them at 10-ish today, and I haven't been back. I have told that they have finished.

Sean has texted me. Mike has text me. So you've probably seen a photo of the finished system. I'm yet to see it. But from what I have seen, new boiler, new hot water tank, beautiful straight, glisteningly copper pipes, in a lovely line.
