My name is Josh Lloyd, the spiritual successor to leisure suit Larry.

We're here to talk about the New Orleans Palicans, and I am recording this after the draft lottery,

but for this team, it don't matter because they don't have a pick because because they traded it away to get themselves Derek Queen. And again, that would indicate that they didn't really care for this draft, one that was considered generational. And they thought that they were going to be good. So I guess wrong on both counts, because they were bad. Oh yeah, they were bad. They were terrible. Now, they did sneak a few

little wins in towards the end of the season, which is one of the perfect illustrations of

play in March and April. It doesn't matter because every team around them was trying to lose.

Other teams were being cautious with their players and resting guys, and they didn't have to.

They didn't prioritize losing for draft sl. They didn't have their pick. So every time they played, Dallas or Sacramento

or Washington or whoever, one of those bad teams, they would just win. And therefore, their

record looks a lot better because they were they were much like

Sacramento they were not trying to be bad that was not their plan they were doing it for the

love of the game shout out to generational um front office losers jo do mars and troy weaver

at this point i don't believe they've hired a new head coach. They could have, because I'm recording this on the 4th of May. So I don't know what's happened since then.
