What's going on, guys?

Welcome into today's episode of Millionaire Mindcast.

Back with another wise investor segment.

Something really important happened this week or not, which is the Fed held rates again.

We kind of knew this was coming, but obviously, the longer the Fed holds rates where they're at,

higher for longer, spells trouble or opportunity, depending on what position

you might find yourself in for real estate investors, for the stock market, for business

owners. And so I figured on today's call being that this week on my accountability call with my brothers

and the guys that, you know, I set goals with and we get on a weekly call each and every Wednesday.

We've been doing this for nine years straight.

We work through tracking our goals, our weekly commitments, and then what we generally spend

most of the call time on is what we call the issues list.

The issues list is either an opportunity or a challenge.

It's something that you want to bring to the group, have spotlighted in a mastermind

format, and to work through it.

And one of the issues on this week's call was, is there a massive real estate crash

coming and how do you protect yourself as well as take advantage of the opportunities?

And so we dug in on this topic today being that many of the guys in my group are badass business owners

or have massive real estate investment portfolios or invest in some fashion or form of real

estate. And I figured this is something that I think is important. If the guys on my call are

worried about it and are trying to wrap their heads around

it, right? I know so many other people are probably dealing with these same thoughts as well.
