Mitch Dishler is with me. Let's start with the news out of Ashburn that after the dismissal of Bobby Johnson and Cliff Kingsbury, the commanders

are going all in on young inexperienced guys. They promote David Blow to offensive

coordinator, and then Blow gets to promote two offensive line assistants to the O-line coach

situation.

You know, Stapleton's a guy that has run a room,

but I think this is very much about letting Blow pick his guys and giving a whole bunch of coaches a shot that maybe wouldn't otherwise get it.

You know, I've been yelling about this O-Line coach thing for a while.

I think there's a real lack of experience. And that's not to say any of these guys aren't

qualified, but when you put a whole bunch of inexperienced people together, it does

create some vacuums of knowledge. And I think I'm pretty surprised I kept this completely internal.

You've been much, you've been much more angsty about this O-line coach than I have,

mainly, I think, because I'm more

defensive coordinator focused. But it is interesting that they kept this thing in-house.

I mean, you know, continuity for Jaden and all those different things.
