My name is Jeff, and today Matt and I are going to be talking about Interbike 2018.

So if you're following single tracks or you follow cycling news, you know that Interbike

wrapped up last month in Reno, Nevada.

And Matt and I were there for the show and we wrote a ton of

stories from the show. I think at last count we had like 28 or 30 or so stories from the show. And so

we thought we would recap everything for those who weren't able to keep up with all those

stories or for people who just ignored it, but they want

like the Cliff Notes version, we got it for you here. I want to start off by talking about some

of the big stuff, the stuff we actually experienced at the show, because a lot of the show is

about just walking around and looking at stuff and talking about stuff, but there's a portion

of the show called the outdoor demo

where people get to actually ride bikes and try stuff out. And this year, it was held at North Star

Bike Park, which is actually in California, not too far away from Reno. So Matt and I were there

for like a day and a half, and we got to ride a few bikes while we were there.

Matt, one of the first bikes that you got to ride was the Jemis Portal. How did that go?

I really liked it. I think that was the first time I've ever written a Jemis.
