Hey, everybody. Welcome to the single tracks podcast. My name is Jeff, and today Leah and Matt and I are going to be

sharing some tips and hacks for finding more time to ride your mountain bike. So we recently conducted a

survey of single tracks readers and asked them what their biggest personal challenge was

with regards to mountain biking. And by far,

most of you said it was finding time to ride. So while it might seem like everyone else has

more time to ride than you do, the fact is pretty much everyone wishes they could ride more.

And why not? Mountain biking is awesome. So while it might seem like Matt and Lee and I

ride all the time, the fact is we're in the same boat as everyone else, and we have to find

creative ways to get out on the trail more. So we're going to talk about some of the ways that we

do that. And before we start sharing those tips, I just wanted to talk about really quickly

two of the reasons that people feel like they don't get to ride enough. One, they feel like

they're out of shape. So people are like, oh, you know, if I could just, if I had more time,

I could get in better shape and ride more. And so that seems to be part of the concern why people want to ride more.

And then the other is just, it's fun, you know.
