All right, my friends, I'm going to tell you a story about socialization and how it is impacting me,

even today and the self-coaching I have done to change it and to show up in the world, in my business,

the way that I really want to. So when I started what is now the Feminist Self-Hop Society, it was called The Clutch.

This was in 2018.

This was six, almost seven years ago.

And it was a really minimalist experience.

At the time, I was doing mostly really high-end small group coaching.

That was my main offer.

And I did a little bit of one-to-one coaching

still. And so the society, then the clutch, was really meant to be something very simple, very

small. That would be more accessible for people who, you know, couldn't afford or weren't

interested in smaller group high-touch

work with me. And that would just be really minimalist, like the Scandinavian minimalist

version of coaching. We had one coaching call a month. We had a few workbooks. That was really it.

It was quite bare bones. And I loved it. It was a beautiful thing to add to my plate.

Now we are almost seven years later. And the society, as it is now known, is a full feature

transformation experience, right? I no longer do one to one. I, for the general public, no longer

do small group coaching. I only do any kind of higher touch

coaching for people who have worked with me in other capacities before. And so the society is really

the way that I work with people. And it is so deep and rich and so holistic now, right?
