So this will be a continuation of our little bit here. We're going to discuss the second half of 2025 from July to December. And hopefully you guys enjoyed the last episode and hopefully you'll enjoy this one. tech goals, life goals, stuff like that. Last year, I wanted this year to be about fitness and health.

And I'll share a little bit about how that went. But for now, we're going to jump into the year,
