the landgeek.com. And on this week's Art of Passive passive income podcast, I am so excited, dear I say,

delighted to have back our newest coach, Larry Merle. Larry, welcome back.

Hey, thanks, Mark. excited to be here. I'm so excited. If you guys haven't heard Larry's journey, we interviewed him a couple months back.

But Larry, for those that didn't hear that podcast, can you kind of just fill us in on your background and how you found Land Geek?

Yeah. Well, my background is my calling and career is I'm a full-time pastor,

and I'm an executive pastor up here in the Seattle area, east of Seattle,

at Eastridge Church.

And so, yeah, I've been in ministry for 40 years now.

And it's something that I enjoyed doing.

So I wasn't really looking for something to replace that and get out,

but I was looking for ways to get extra streams of passive income

for my later years in life. And so I had done, I had some various rental properties that I was

long-term rentals in two or three different markets around the country that I was pretty

passive in. They were kind of turnkey situations, but I recognized that was probably a little

slower, longer play, and I was getting itchy to find something else. And while I was
