had a long day today this morning we arrived back in Port in Fort Lauderdale.

I was with the real estate guys for the Summit at Sea.

We were eight days at sea,

and that followed two days on land.

So it was a 10 day event.

Just got back.

In fact, we flew back early this morning

because we also had to drop our kids off at camp my two youngest kids who were on us

who were on the cruise with us we had to take them to summer camp and it began today. So after we arrived at the airport

we had to go back to the house, change their luggage and then drive them

further north to their camp and then come home.

So it's been a long day, but I wanted to get a podcast in because I know I wasn't able to do them

from the board the ship didn't really trust the Wi-Fi there so I saved a podcast for Sunday night and you know one of the things that that I actually learned on the real estate guys cruise. It came up on a panel. I didn't even know that this had happened.

And it's a significant news story, so I was surprised that I missed it.

But what I learned was that the US government had recently announced that it would be guaranteeing second mortgages.
