On one side, it's great having a big field, and it's great having it be in a small state

where you can run a shoestring operation and still have some impact.

But on the flip side, you have to ramp and scale up, and the advantage goes to the people

who have the large national organizations and have the funding.

Hello everyone, we are back from Iowa and from New Hampshire, and in my case from the

flu.

Thank you for being so supportive via Instagram.

We're ready to report on the 2% of delegates that got divvied up over the last few weeks.

Yeah, it's funny because we spent all this time invested on the ground in these two states.

With awareness of the circus that concentrates around those two states and also that they're

probably going to matter less than they ever have in some senses, it's just a weird

in-between place because I don't want to oversell these results or diminish the importance

of what it means in terms of donations and earned media and the way that these candidates

keep moving forward.

As always, both things are true, right?

I mean, it is both important for momentum and fundraising and a small impact.

I think the reason that both things are particularly true is not because there's a massive amounts

of delegates that are divvied up in New Hampshire and Iowa, but because there's such a small

amount of time between now and Super Tuesday when there are a massive amount of delegates

divvied up.
