Katie Magbanoa filed an appeal in her murder murder conviction and although was denied in doing so,

she seemed to be pointing the finger straight at Wendy Adelson.

Let's look at the facts.

It was Wendy Adelson's brother Charlie Adelson convicted.

Her acquaintance, Katie McBanowa, through the brother, convicted.

Katie's ex, Syfredo Garcia, convicted.

His buddy, Luis Rivera, convicted.

And now Wendy's mother, Donna Adelson, about to go on trial.

They got that continuance, but we're getting it going.

As far as we know, August 19th. So what exactly is Katie Magabana was saying in this appeal that was filed?

She doesn't come right out and say it, but essentially she's saying Wendy basically had something to do with this in so many words per Katie McBanawa.

We did reach out to Katie's attorney.

She's unable to speak to us.
