You know, I think there's things that we can finally put to rest,

because there is a new creation forming inside of you.

But we have to put away our old ways,

the beliefs that no longer serve us, the beliefs that have been holding us back,

we understand, because there's a new formation of creation within us.

It's of light, it's of power, it's of resilience.

You have to believe that you have the ability to overcome your current flaws, right?

That there is a great power and a guidance, a protection that is willing to work through you.

If you are willing, you have to step into that agreement, into that contract,

you understand. But when we are too much in our mind, allowing our mind to drive our heart,

we lock ourselves away from this divine connection, you understand, from this divine guidance.

Because what does the mind do? You all know the mind will trick us on it.

You'll put us into fear. You'll make us question ourselves, doubt ourselves constantly.

Sometimes we be on the right track, and then the mind tricks us,

we go into this space where we're like, oh, I might even do the right thing.

It's like, no, you're on track.

You understand? And then the mind will trick the heart.

That's why I like to do heart checks. I like to check up at my heart weekly.

And that's myself. How is my heart feeling this week? Like, truly, because the heart is the gateway.

You understand? The heart and spirit love to work together.

And the mind follows sweet, you understand?

So when I do my heart checks, I notice how I feel. Maybe there was some frustration.
