Hello, Brian Elric and special guest who is about to be announced. Yes, we have a special guest. A friend of the show, Mr. Patrick Bromley is joining us for his first calendar episode. He's been on several horror episodes, a highlight of the year

for us often. Mr. Bromley is promoting in a way a project. Patrick, can you tell us a little

bit about what you've got upcoming?

Yes, hi, thank you for having me. I love the calendar shows, so I'm so excited to be

doing one and super nervous. But yeah, I co-wrote with my friend Heather Wixen the book version of The In Search of Darkness documentaries.

So it's a big coffee table book that covers just over 140 films from the 80s.

It's all about 80s horror. So I'm very excited to be talking about

that book or having written that book or being on pure cinema because I wrote a book.

Well, we're happy to have me. Only 200 copies left. I know that. That's that's what the hardback.

Yeah. The hardback was a limited like 1500 thing.

And it's a pricey big coffee table book.

So it's not.
