Last time I had these friends on, my friends from suits to sandals,

they were sharing with us their incredible journey, East Coast Greenway,

or East Coast Bikeway.

Oh, I got that right.

You guys will correct me if I'm wrong, but it was just this incredible journey.

They biked from Maine down to Key West Florida with their dog and toe,

their dog, Misha.

Now they're back on to share with us what this year's journey is for them.

Their journeys take place in the winter as opposed to my biggest journey during the summer.

I think they got it right, getting out of the cold weather and having

south for the winter.
