conform to the way you think and the way that you talk to yourself. And here's the thing.

Sometimes you don't even know you're talking to yourself, the way you're talking to

yourself. You've just been doing it for so long that it's just running in the background.

It's like the Christmas music. It's just running in the background at the mall or at work. It's just,

it's just there. And sometimes you don't notice it because it just plays all day. And the way

that I like to think about this is that reality is like an algorithm.

It's like your social media algorithm.

And if you want to see and hear something different, then you might have to reset your

algorithm.

I really see this no differently than, you know, the Instagram algorithm.
