that I have this really storage instead that's where I'm at yeah because

everything else is just too loud yeah I'm in a similar room in my apartment we're

doing our best right yeah what the fuck do you make this got down so back

again hope everyone is doing well doing their best to maintain I know that my

mental health is slowly deteriorating oh yeah but um hard thing let's just

try to you know keep things moving in our normal routine laugh at things and

people and keep it fucking moving all right starting with some black

excellence so this week I'm giving the black excellence to a seven year old

young man named Kavanaugh Bell Kavanaugh is from Maryland he is a first

greater who's been using his savings from Christmases and from birthdays which

amounts to about six hundred dollars to create COVID care packs and he's

gifted 65 seniors with essential items from food to bleach and other important

things in the you know current crisis he's also according to because of

them we can dot com donated 31 meals to seniors from a local restaurant he's fed

more than 90 students and just felt it upon himself inspired by his grandmother

to come up with these things not only just for seniors who may not be able to go

out or deal with grocery stores and things like that but just all kinds of

people who need help in these trying times this ain't man gathered his own
