You look planted. You look planted today. No wonder you're flourishing. If you're new to social,

we have a word for the year. That word is planted. It comes straight out of scripture. And we read

this verse every single Sunday. So guess what we're going to do today? We're going to read it.

Psalms 92 verses 13 through 15 with uplifted, caffeinated voices. Come on, let's read it as a family.

One, two, three. Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God.

They shall be fresh and flourishing To declare that the Lord is upright

He is my right

And there is no

My righteousness

You sound good

So should you sound good

It sounds real good

Remain standing

We're going to jump into our text

For today I kicked off a series last week. How many were here last Sunday?

Come on. We started a series called It's Giving. It's Giving. We are piggybacking on that cultural phrase. Oh, it's giving. We say that when we are sensing something, and I pose the

question, if we looked at your life and my life, what would we say it's giving? Is it given life?

Is it given death? Is it given anything at all? And so really, this is a series, hear me, about generosity.

And generosity is not something that you graduate from, it is something that you grow in.

And so last week, I don't want to give you too much of a recap.

We talked about how gratitude is the engine of generosity.

Work on your gratitude and generosity will follow. I want to be a 5 p.m. person that's just so glad that I'm in the vineyard. So today we're going to add another layer to this. And I want you to go with me to Luke chapter 12, Luke chapter 12, the gospel according to Uncle Luke. Y'all ain't saved.
