My name is Jeff Buck, and I'm along with my coworker, Jordan Bianchi.

We are motorsports writers for the athletic.

Oh, my goodness, Jordan.

What a day of motorsports.

You are in Miami.

You have done the Miami Grand Prix, where somebody not named Max for Stepan

one.

And then to top it all off, NASCAR has one of its all-time classic, the closest finish

ever in NASCAR Cup Series history to cap off a great race here at Kansas Speedway.

So we are in two very different locations,

but both I think probably saved to say came away satisfied with what we got to watch

at our respective tracks today.

Is that fair to say?

Yeah, I mean, absolutely.

I mean, here in Miami, it was not only did Max Verstapp and not win the race.

He didn't have a mechanical failure.

He didn't crash.

He didn't have something weird happened to him.

He kind of, and I know there was a caution there that helped Land O'Nor's,

but he got beat kind of straight up by eight seconds.
