need to understand in order to grow. There have been many instances in life where I've encountered people who were afraid to assert themselves and

ask questions when they clearly didn't know the answer or how to solve whatever problem they were having or they just were too timid to speak up for themselves.

So people run all over them and you're gonna have to learn how to do that because if you don't, then you'll end up feeling

like a fool and then looking like one and then people will feel like they can walk all over you.

Now let me clarify this in the way that I feel that has worked best for me.

When you assert yourself, you don't do it in a way that's disrespectful or in an argumentative way.

You simply just stand up for yourself when you need to and you feel okay about doing that.
