Today we have a special treat. This is actually like three years late actually, really today.

Because we have a special guest on the show that we've wanted to have on here to interview

for a really long time and we finally have been able to sit down and have a conversation with Dr Dario Nardi who is a

neuroscience researcher. He's also a senior lecturer at UCLA. He's written multiple books, he's a published author, he conducts

trainings and workshops around the world on personality type, and

interestingly, how the brain shows up around personality. So we thought we would talk to

Dario today about the neuroscience of personality and then probably branch out

into some other topics and other conversations that are interest to us together,

but Daria welcome to Personality Hacker.

Absolutely, thank you for having me and it's a delight.

All this time I know we, yeah, we've been talking about it and and here we are.

Yeah, finally I think the I think the first time we're like hey we should do a podcast together was like over a year ago.

So it's it's good to finally nail this

down and make it happen and I think especially our audience will be I mean there

it depends on just how into type you are. A lot of people who are listening to

personality hacker are quite into type and Dario's name has become fairly

celebrated in the type community for helping bring what is a pretty soft squishy science if you want to call a science.

I like to refer it to more of a philosophy, but if we're going to bring this into the area or arena of science, Dario's work is how we're going to go about it.
