Netflix dropped the LGBT tag from its Jeffrey Dahmer series after there was disgusted backlash

from viewers.

Now, Netflix has not given an official reason for dropping the tag because you know how

on certain Netflix shows, there'll be tags so they could be like categorized, so when

you're searching for stuff, so if it's under the LGBTQ plus tag, then that's all kind

of shows that have the LGBTQ plus theme, right?

So they had this tag on the Netflix series Monster, the Jeffrey Dahmer story, in which

Evan Peters plays the cannibal who murdered and dismembered up to 17 men.

However, it's been getting a tremendous amount of outrage by disgustive viewers who think

that it's wrong of Netflix to tag it as LGBTQ because they said, imagine clicking on the

LGBTQ category and this is what you get.

Others, however, suggest that a key theme highlighted by this true crime series was how

homophobia played a part, may have played a part and how cops failed to investigate Dahmer

sooner.

They go, the Dahmer case is a huge part of LGBTQ history.
