But first, Netflix reported earnings and did a classic beaten raise.

Yeah, so you're right. They did report very solid revenue and earnings.

Revenue was up 16% year-over-year. Earnings per share was up 47% year-over-year. That's really

strong, and it was mainly due to the subscription pricing increases that Netflix implemented earlier

this year in January. So we are seeing the stock under pressure of it. As you correctly

pointed out, it was a beaten raise. They raised their full year revenue guidance. But their new

third quarter guidance is projecting operating margins to compress a little bit compared to the

second quarter. Now, there's some good reasons for that. I mean, Netflix, their original content
