The French birds are speaking a language I don't quite understand, but that's all right.

We come to a story that is a follow-up for Simon about the Spain and Portugal blackout that

damaged the economy and confidence of all of Europe we're learning.

Simon, Spain again and again, the big operator of electricity, is saying it wasn't cyber, it wasn't cyber, but why are they still investigating?

And Simon, remember how everybody thought it was cyber right away?

And then Spain came out and said, no, no, no.

That's becoming exhausting.

Is the story changing?

The story is fascinating to me. Let me give you

the overview of what I was told by an expert in this field, is that what had happened was a

couple of things. One is this year so far, Spain and Portugal had a tremendous amount of sun,

and they managed to capture that but with solar panels and convert it into electricity.

Now, that also forced the prices of electricity down from over 100 euros per megawatt hour to 11 at a low.

And that 11 amount wasn't enough for the nuclear power plants to receive in order for

them to not lose money by actually producing electricity.

So they temporarily shut down, which was great because suddenly, in many ways it was great,

because it suddenly had a situation where you had 100% net zero carbon emissions for
