With ADHD, you're just going to have to live in the moment. As soon as I started to learn about inattentive ADHD, I realized that there was like nothing wrong with me. It's just I didn't understand that part of my brain. One thing really struck me is that there were several times in my life but I felt like a gun and kind of cruise control or something. Strange, I never understood that. I'm like like why do a shut down and go in cruise control
