I once had the opportunity to audition for Frank Oz, who directed the Muppet movie.

He directed many of my favorite movies, What about Bob, Dirty Ron Scoundrels. He's a legend to me.

He also happened to do many of the voices of the Muppets. I'm not great at auditions.

But I found myself getting even more nervous than I usually do. I was getting almost scared.

I realized that he sounded exactly like one of the Muppets he played was Sam the Eagle.

Sam the Eagle was a character on the Muppet show that I was terrified of.

He was bald eagle that read the news and he was very authoritative and like Frank's natural speaking voice.

And I think that's why I was kind of regressing back to a childhood state of being afraid.

I used to have to leave the room when Sam the Eagle would come on.

And at one point he started laughing. He said something like,

I really like when you do that thing, no, no.

And he kind of laughed like that. And I realized, oh my God, that's Yoda.

Or Miss Piggy. And it made me feel so much better.

It was like I had to confuse Yoda and Miss Piggy.

They're such different voices.

I know, but if you listen to them, they have similar.

They have similar like their face looks so amazing.

My eyebrows.

You look like a Pee Wee Herman laughing when you do that.

Ha ha ha.

Life could be a dream.
