Hello!

And hey, my name is Todd Haymans, and we're two ministers slash buds who love telling the

stories of the Bible.

And again, we are in the book of Nehemiah.

Some of us may call it Nihi.

That's right. We're jumping into Nehemiah

and we're going to be in chapter six today.

Today is about opposition, Todd some sneaky snakes. I so much

prefer somebody if they're going to come at me come at me you know from the front don't sneak up yeah so are you telling me

that you don't enjoy being scared you know me I'm a little jumpy in the story

that we have today there are people who aren't going to do like, you know, jump scares, you know, they're not they're not

going to do that, but they're moving in their attacks from straightforward, hey, Nehemiah, we're going to come and we're going to stop what you're doing,

we're going to destroy you, and now they're going to get real sneaky about it, and this bothers me even more.

So we're going to be in Nehemiah chapter six. Sandballot and

Tobias are the guys who are not good news and they've been opposing

Nehemiah and the work on the wall in Jerusalem for a long time.

Last we heard from them, they had rallied up with some allies

and were going to come in like at night, sneak attack,

and attack the people of Jerusalem.

So Nehemiah said, hey everybody, get up by your families, go to the lowest portions of the wall,
